"ANTARES" - Intellectual Property Management System
"Antares" is our proprietary web-based database system for managing Intellectual
Property assets. It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of small to
medium size companies to facilitate and speed up day-to-day operations of busy IP
managers and administrators. The design goals were to make "Antares" cost-effective
and user friendly, without sacrificing its performance. We did not want to overburden
it with features just to increase its appeal for wider audience. To the contrary, we
focused on the needs of corporate IP professionals and included only features essential
for getting their job done. As a result, "Antares" is simple, easy to learn how to
use, easy to maintain, and easy to customize to your needs. With a click of a mouse
you can overview the Company's assets and obligations in various areas of IP, monitor
important deadlines, generate progress, filing and financial reports, and estimate
your IP budget for up to 20 years ahead.

You may ask us to exclude databases you do not need (the price will be adjusted
accordingly), or ask us to add new databases. You also will be pleasantly
surprised by our user friendly license agreement.
