Our Mission

IP-MEX Inc. has been founded to assist financial institutions and IP-generating companies to unlock and exploit the potential of Intellectual Property assets as a source of financing. The key services include restructuring of corporate IP Programs to increase value of the generated IP assets and valuation of the available IP assets to use them as collateral in commercial financing. The risks associated with this kind of financing are substantially reduced by using our advanced proprietary technology of valuation based on the solid research in Intellectual Property Metrology.

Our Vision

Our society is in the final stages of a transition from a manufacturing economy to an IP-based economy. Nowadays less than a quarter of corporate net worth can be attributed to the old-fashioned tangible assets, the rest is already in intangibles. This irreversible trend of growing intangibility of corporate value is forcing management to look for alternative sources of financing, bringing eventually their attention to currently under deployed IP assets. Recognizing this trend, IP-MEX Inc. has developed methods, technology and tools, the IP-generating companies require to increase the yield of valuable IP assets, measure their value and monetize them, if the need arises. Using our services, the companies possessing the appropriate IP assets may greatly benefit from the opportunity to obtain access to low cost, non-dilutive capital possibly gaining early competitive advantage over the less IP-savvy competitors. Financial institutions benefit from the opportunity to expand their customer base.
