IP Audits

As an independent third party, we conduct IP Audits by request, e.g., for mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, Venture Capital financing. Likewise, we perform patent portfolio valuations using our unique patented technology.

Patent Portfolio Valuation

We have developed unique patented methods for valuating large patent portfolios containing hundreds of patents and patent applications. IP valuation is carried out by multiple experts for rapid assessment, whose input is thoroughly calibrated and processed. Advanced methods of ensuring consistency and objectivity of the valuation are implemented. The results are interpreted by an Artificial Intelligence system, visualized in a color-coded form, and provides equally reliable results as compared to portfolio valuation by a single trusted expert.

Our technology is suitable for consistent valuation of large patent portfolios and provides a high objectivity, reliability, consistency and trustworthiness of the valuation results, and can serve as a basis for licensing and cross-licensing deals, financial transactions using IP, and various business transactions involving IP.

Infringement & Validity Analysis

We offer a technical infringement analysis of patents, and provide legal infringement and validity opinions regarding hi-tech patents in the area of our expertise.

Industrial Design & Trade-mark services

Our team has solid expertise in directly obtaining both design patents in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and industrial designs in the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO). In Europe and other countries, we obtain industrial design protection for our clients through a network of foreign associates.

We also provide full-scale trade-mark services in the USPTO and CIPO directly, and in other countries through trusted associates.
